Final Days in WI

Not in FL Yet....

Just a super quick update - Coby's doing great, but we're not in FL yet. We fly out Monday!

37 weeks!

Little Coby has been prednisone free for 37 weeks now which also equals 259 days! He remains on the keppra three times daily & cyclosporine for allergies, but that is it. No chemo, no injections, no blood work, no sickness, no hospitalizations....nothing but good, happy, healthy days!! In less than 2 weeks, we will officially be in Florida. We move into our new place September 1st & Coby will then be the Florida dog he is meant to be!! I will take plenty of pictures of my little boy in his new surroundings....new friends (hopefully if he doesn't eat them first) & many many sunny warm beautiful days! We will be able to take Coby to the ocean to swim, he will LOVE Florida....I just know it! We all will love it!!! Until then.....xoxo!

250 DAYS!

Coby has been prednisone free for 250 days!!! He continues to do great & is full of energy & life!

Eye Update

Coby's eye appointment last week went good. The doctor didn't see anything wrong with Coby's eyes. He said the cyclosporine eye drops we were giving Coby were likely contributing to the tearing, so we've stopped those drops. We have a follow up appointment in a few weeks - to see if stopping the drops helps or not. The tearing has not been as bad, but I think Coby will continue to have watery, teary eyes due to his allergies.
